Gasoline Engine Oils
Karting engine oils play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of these small, high-performance race engines. These oils are specifically formulated to withstand the rigorous demands of high performance kart engines. These oils are specifically formulated with additives that reduce carbon deposits, reduce engine temperature, and offer consistent lubrication even under high RPM conditions.
Alcohol Engine Oils
Like the gasoline engine oils, this selection of lubricants is specifically designed to maintain cylinder wall lubrication and resist cylinder wall fuel wash down which is common in kart engines fueled with alcohol. This oil is also designed to mix (emulsify) with the alcohol fuel.

Bearing and Chain Lubricant
Bad Ass Racing Kart Chain and Bearing Lubricant is a uniquely formulated lubricant blended with a solvent carrier fluid that can be applied by spraying, brushing or soaking. Once it is applied the solvent evaporates leaving behind a wax-like film. Kart Chain and Bearing Lubricant is designed with excellent extreme pressure, corrosion protection and anti-wear properties.
Our recommended procedure for using on your chains or bearings:
Complete after each race day or weekend, prepare your bearings (remove grease etc) as you normally would.
1) Clean chain and bearings throughly (ultra sonic recommended)
2) Completely dry the chain and bearings
3) Soak the chain and bearings in the chain and bearing oil for 2+ hours
4) Remove chain and bearings from the oil and let air dry on a paper towel
The chain and bearings will have a light oil coating and may even look dry - this is exactly what we are looking for. The lubricant is in the pins of the chain where the lubrication is needed and will not collect dirt and debris from the track. You may reapply chain lubricant throughout your race day.
